• "Give yourself the same time you give everyone else."

Simple options, honest support.

This is a private pay practice. No insurance, no diagnosis required. Just clear, straightforward support tailored to your needs. Just choose what works best for you.

our philosophy. what guides this work?

Time is medicine.

Real shifts happen when we give ourselves permission to slow down. There's no rush here.

Listening is the work.

My approach is talk-based, strengths-based, relational, and human-centered. I draw from psychodynamic and humanistic frameworks — which is a fancy way of saying I believe that understanding yourself more deeply is what leads to change.

I'm not here to give advice or diagnose. I'm here to hold space while you figure out what you need. That might mean processing a difficult season, making sense of a pattern, or simply having one hour a week where you don't have to be "on."

Presence over performance.

You don't need to show up with a plan or say the right thing. Just come as you are.

Validation, not fixing.

Your feelings make sense. Understanding them is more valuable than rushing to change them.

Before we begin…

WHAT TO EXPECT

We start with a brief consultation — a 15-minute phone call to see if we're a good fit. It's low-pressure. You can ask questions, share what brought you here, or just listen.

If we decide to move forward, we'll find a rhythm that works for you. Sessions are virtual, private pay, and completely confidential.
